11-10-2010 Forgery         800 Block South John Redditt Drive

On Wednesday, November 10, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that since November 03, 2010 an unidentified actor(s) fraudulently passed three checks on the complainant's bank account.  According to the report, the complainant stated that they did not authorize the issuance of the checks and do not know the identity of the actor(s).  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

11-10-2010 Theft/A         4600 Block South Medford Drive

On Wednesday, November 10, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that an unidentified suspect stole merchandise from a business within Lufkin Mall, located in the 4600 block of South Medford Drive.  According to the report, the complainant, an employee of the business, described the suspect as a slim-build, black male, approximately twenty years old, with a moustache, wearing a red and blue shirt, and light-colored "cutoff" denim shorts.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the suspect asked to view several pieces of jewelry, which he inspected and returned to the employee, and then grabbed a ring that the employee was holding and fled on-foot from the business.  The report stated that a witness saw the suspect exit the Mall and entered into a small white vehicle that traveled northbound from the Mall on Tulane Drive.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.

11-10-2010 Burglary/Habitation   500 Block McHale Street

On Wednesday, November 10, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between on 8:00 A.M. and 12:00 P.M. that date an unidentified actor(s) burglarized a residence, located in the 500 block of McHale Street.  According to the report, the complainant stated that the actor(s) entered into the residence through the front entry door and removed from within the residence a seventeen-inch flat-screen television and a jewelry box containing an unknown amount of jewelry.  The report stated that the responding Lufkin Police Department Officer did not observe signs that entry into the residence was forced and that the incident was referred for further investigation.

11-10-2010 Criminal Mischief   300 Block Cunningham Drive

On Wednesday, November 10, 2010, a complainant reported to Lufkin Police Department that between on 8:00 P.M. on November 09, 2010 and 7:00 A.M. on November 10, 2010 an unidentified actor(s) punctured one of the tires of the complainant's vehicle while the vehicle was parked in the 300 block of Cunningham Drive.  The report stated that the incident was referred for further investigation.
