Pros, cons of Bush's "bring 'em on" comment%)

Washington-AP -- Democrats are criticizing President Bush's recent "bring 'em on" comment about Iraqi attackers and American troops.

One presidential contender, the Reverend Al Sharpton, says it made the leader of the free world sound like a gang leader. He tells C-B-S that Bush should apologize to U-S soldiers and their families. The top Democrat on the Senate Armed Services Committee, Carl Levin, agrees that Bush's tone was over the top. Levin tells N-B-C that "cocky rhetoric" like that is unwise and unhelpful.Republicans disagree. The chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, Pat Roberts, tells C-N-N the president would probably have put it another way if he'd thought about it, but it was an honest attempt to rally the troops. Senator John Warner tells N-B-C the president was not taunting Iraqi attackers.
