11/16/2010 Nacogdoches Police Report

1800 SOUTH ST HIT-&-RUN

Officers responded to a downed telephone pole.  Upon arrival, officers determined that an unknown person had struck the telephone pole in an unknown red vehicle and left the scene without providing information.  The telephone pole was busted in half.

1618 LOONEYVILLE RD CREDIT CARD ABUSE

Complainant alleges that an unknown person used his debit card number and paid a bill online to Direct Energy Webpay out of Irving, Texas.  Complainant did not authorize these purchases.

2500 NORTH ST  POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA

Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.  During the contact the passenger was found to be in possession OF 7.2 grams of suspected marijuana.  He was arrested.

1100 DURST ST  DWI W/ OPEN CONTAINER/DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE

Officer contacted a vehicle on a traffic stop.  The subject stopped in his front yard.  The driver refused to cooperate with any tests requested by the officer.  The driver also refused to submit to the taking of a specimen.  Officers requested and received a signed search warrant for a blood sample from the judge.  The driver was arrested for DWI and DWLI.

1700 PRUITT HILL  DRIVING WITHOUT A LICENSE

Officers conducted a traffic stop and found the driver to be operating a motor vehicle on a public roadway with a suspended driver's license and without insurance.  Driver was arrested.

3220 SOUTH ST  THEFT (GAS DRIVE OFF) 

Complainant alleges that a white male entered the store and presented her with a credit card.  Complainant states that she authorized a gas pump for the purchase of the gas.  Complainant states that the white male along with another person proceeded to pump $101.73 in gas.  Complainant states that the subjects pumped gas in cans in the back of the truck.  Complainant states that the subject then left without completing the credit card transaction.  Complainant then discovered that the credit card had a purchase limit of $50.00.  Investigation is ongoing.
