11/19/2010 Lufkin Police Report

11/18/10 ASSAULT/AGGRAVATED      2500 Block S JOHN REDDITT     

Complainant reported that a known suspect ran over her with his pickup as she and her husband were trying to repossess the truck late Thursday night.  The victim stated the driver refused to let them take the truck and accelerated backwards into her as she stood behind the truck trying to keep him from leaving.   The victim had no visible injuries but reported that the impact hurt her knee.

11/18/10 FRAUD      300 Block E SHEPHERD AV     

Complainant reported that a known suspect accessed her credit card information while staying at the victim's home and made two unauthorized charges on the credit card.

11/18/10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF             900 Block FIRST             

Complainant reported that graffiti was spray painted on his garage sometime Wednesday or Thursday.

11/18/10 INJURY TO CHILD                  600 Block FINLEY          

Complainant reported that her 6 month old son was injured while in the care of a baby sitter Thursday.  The child was taken by the mother to Memorial Medical Center with bleeding on the brain and a possible neck fracture.  The babysitter was located and said the child rolled off a bed onto a concrete floor when he was left unattended for a short time while she rushed to check on another crying child.  The child was flown to Hermann Hospital in Houston Thursday afternoon.  There is no update this morning on the child's condition but the condition was critical when the child was flown from Lufkin. 

11/18/10 THEFT/C               1600 Block E LUFKIN          

Complainant reported that her mother-in-law has her driver's license and will not return it despite repeated requests to do so.

11/18/10 ROBBERY/AGGRAVATED    100 Block LEACH ST        

Complainants are two electricians who reported that they were working on a house around 2:45 Thursday afternoon when two men approached and robbed them at gunpoint of their cash and cell phones.  The suspects approached the victims and one of the suspects pulled a handgun and demanded the men empty their pockets.  The suspects were last seen fleeing the area on foot.  They were described as two black men, one about 5'4" tall and stocky build and the other around 6' tall and medium build with a black do-rag on his head.

11/18/10 FORGERY/COUNTERFEITI    1800 Block S FIRST            

Complainant reported that one of their carhops at Sonic had received a counterfeit $10 bill from a customer Thursday.

11/18/10 BURGLARY/HABITATION     300 Block MARTIN LUTHER KING 

Complainant reported that his home was broken into Thursday and a plasma television, two video games and a blue-tooth headset were stolen.

11/18/10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF            400 Block S CHESTNUT ST     

Complainant reported that two furniture delivery trucks were spray painted with graffiti Wednesday night.

11/18/10 BURGLARY/VEHICLE            200 Block PERCY SIMOND ST   

Complainant reported that the radio was stolen from her car Wednesday night.

11/18/10 CRIMINAL MISCHIEF            500 Block MONTROSE       

Complainant reported that a metal building was spray painted with graffiti Wednesday night.
