CENTRAL (KTRE) – A small school playing in the big city is what kids dream of growing up in a small town.  For the Central Bulldogs they will get the opportunity of a lifetime when they will get to play Onalaska 1pm at Toyota Center in Houston.  Home to the Houston Rockets of the NBA, and then attend the game with the Rockets hosting the Golden State Warriors at 7:30pm.

"The Rockets are very generous with setting up high school teams during the Thanksgiving week period.   They (Onalaska) wanted to do it and the deal was we had to see so many tickets to rent out the facility.  It's going to be a great chance for our kids to go somewhere where they have never seen before," Coach Kevin Hurley said.

"I was glad because I always wanted to watch the Rockets game and now I get to go and play on their home court and kiss the floor," Clay Crawford, Central junior said.

"Coach told us and we were shocked to play in a NBA stadium it's a once in a lifetime opportunity it should be a blast," Brandon Andrus, Central junior said.

Central will play at Toyota Center on Wednesday at 1pm. Then watch Houston hosts the Golden State Warriors at 7:30pm.  Quite a pre Thanksgiving treat in just the third game of the season for the Bulldogs who begin district play in January, they will play at Diboll.
