CREDIT CARD ABUSE          1200 BLK. ELLEN TROUT

A man said he had his wallet stolen from his vehicle about a month ago but did not report it.  The man now reported that a credit card that was in his wallet has had unauthorized purchases on it.

ASSAULT         100 BLK. S. RAGUET

A woman said that upon firing an employee, that employee, while walking past her and out of the business, struck her in the chest with her elbow.  No injuries were reported.

BURGLARY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE      900 BLK. N. TIMBERLAND

A man reported someone broke out a car window and stole the in dash stereo from a vehicle on a car lot.

FORGERY     2500 DANIEL MCCALL

A man reported someone had forged two checks from his personal checking account and passed them at local businesses in Lufkin.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF     3300 BLK. LOTUS LN.

A woman reported someone attempted to break into her vehicle, causing small dents and scraping the paint off of her vehicle in the area around the dents.

FORGERY     4600 BLK. S. MEDFORD

A business manager reported receiving a fake $100.00 dollar bill from a known customer.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF     1700 S. FIRST

Business employees reported spray painted graffiti on their property.

CRIMINAL TRESPASS       700 BLK. WILSON

A woman reported that another woman who has a criminal trespass warning against her was on her property

BURGLARY OF A HABITATION       1000 MITCHELL

A woman reported someone had broken out a window on her residence but it did not appear entry was made or any property was missing.

THEFT       100 BLK. N. TIMBERLAND

A rental company employee reported they had rented out a TV.  They have not received payment, and when they contacted the parties involved they were told the TV had been pawned and they were not going to pay for it.

FORGERY      600 BLK. S. FIRST

A man reported someone has been making unauthorized purchases on his credit card.

BURGLARY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE     900 BLK. JORDAN

A man reported someone entered his vehicle and stole his wallet and CD player.

BURGLARY OF A MOTOR VEHICLE     100 BLK. WHISTLE HOLLOW

A man reported someone stole his wallet out of his vehicle.

THEFT     100 BLK. N. TIMBERLAND

A store employee reported a male subject attempted to steal a beard trimmer.  When confronted, the trimmer fell to the ground and the suspect fled on foot.
