NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) - Nacogdoches Police have arrested a man who used a phone chat line to try to fulfill his fantasy with young girls, according to an arrest warrant affidavit.

John Randall Goynes, 42, of Nacogdoches, is charged with criminal solicitation.

According to the affidavit, an official with Nightline Personals, a phone chat line, contacted police about a message left from Goynes' on Nov. 22 where he says he wants an 8-, 10- or 12-year-old girl or someone "extremely young" to perform oral sex on him. Goynes left all of his account information in the voice mail, according to the affidavit.

Detectives interviewed Goynes on Dec. 2, and he "freely" admitted to calling the line and leaving the message, saying it was his fantasy and he often called the line when he was intoxicated, according to the affidavit.
