LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - A man who had a 15-year-old girl with Down Syndrome perform a sexual act on him pleaded guilty last month to the crime, accepting a 10-year prison sentence.

According to a previous report, Frank Robinson Jr., 20, was caught by a witness in a bedroom with the girl, who was performing oral sex on him.

After speaking with the girl's mother and discovering the severity of the Down Syndrome, Inv. Seth Stover arranged for an interview at the Alliance of Children.

The girl did not immediately cooperate with the interview, so the witness explained what he had seen and used dolls to demonstrate what he had seen.

The Angelina County Sheriff's Office charge Robinson with aggravated sexual assault of a disabled person in June.

Robinson entered his plea on Nov. 18 in Judge Gerald Goodwin's courtroom.
