BEAUMONT, TX (News Release) -

Possession of marijuana; 300 block of Ellington. Officer checked a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot. Officer detected the odor of burning marijuana coming from the vehicle. Officers located suspected marijuana in the vehicle. The occupants were arrested.

Robbery; 3200 block of Pearl Street. Two individuals were approached in a parking lot by two unknown black male suspects. A firearm was displayed and the suspects demanded money. A small amount of cash was taken and the suspects fled the scene.

Robbery; 5200 block of Northway. Two unknown black male suspects approached the complainant in the parking lot. The suspect's threatened the victim with a firearm  and demanded money. The suspect took the complainant's wallet and fled the scene on foot.

Resisting arrest; 2000 block of NW Stallings Drive. Officers responded to a disturbance. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an unknown substance. The suspect fought officers, and he was arrested.

Assault; 900 block of Harris Street. Complainant reported that during a disturbance, a known suspect choked her and pulled her hair. A warrant has been requested.

Criminal mischief; 700 block of Harris. A rear window was broken out of a vehicle by unknown suspects.

DWI; 3200 block of North University Drive. Officer contacted the suspect as the operator of a vehicle in a parking lot. The suspect was believed to be intoxicated and was arrested.

Criminal mischief; 2800 block of North Pecan. Christmas decorations in a yard were damaged overnight by unknown suspects.

Criminal trespass; 600 block of South Pecan. Officers were called to a child custody complaint. The complainant reported that a known suspect entered the residence uninvited. Warrant requested.

Hit and run; 1200 block of North Mound. Unknown suspect vehicle struck a parked vehicle and left the scene.
