ROCK SPRINGS, Wyo. (AP) - Authorities in Wyoming say a Texas man was killed while helping build a natural gas pipeline.
Sweetwater County sheriff Rich Haskell said that 62-year-old Elvin Loggins of Bronson, Texas died Saturday after he was apparently crushed by a large section of pipe. Loggins, a welder, was taken to Memorial Hospital of Rock Springs, where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy performed Monday showed no evidence of foul play.
The pipeline is being built for Snelson Companies, Inc.
