BEAUMONT, TX (News Release) - NACOGDOCHES, Texas (KTRE) - A Nacogdoches man angry that he could not get into a nightclub Saturday night was arrested for exposing himself, then punching a constable's deputy working security, according to Constable William Sowell.

Sowell said his deputy was working as a security guard at Banita Creek Hall, located at 401 W. Main Street. Coyle Cody Gott, 21, tried to go into the club, but was turned away because he did not have an identification, Sowell said.

Sowell said Gott was angry and walked away from the front door and saw the deputy, who he decided to show his naked rear end to. The deputy attempted to arrest Gott for disorderly conduct, but Gott swung at the deputy and hit him in the lip, according to Sowell.

The deputy managed to apprehend Gott and arrested him on a felony charge of assault of a public servant and misdemeanor charges of public intoxication, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
