Summer Southwest Salad
Ingredients:
2-Heads of Romaine Lettuce
2-Tomatoes
1-Bag of restaurant style tortilla chips
1-Can of Black Olives
2-Bags of Colby Jack Cheese
1-Bag or Carton of Guacamole
Diced Grilled Chicken
Unsalted Sunflower Seeds
Add favorite dressing
Method:
1.Lay your tortilla chips in a circular pattern on a plate.
2.Add your Romaine Lettuce
3.Then add Grilled Chicken
4.Add Colby Jack Cheese
5.Next add Tomatoes and Guacamole
6. Top with Sunflower Seeds and dressing
