LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - A Lufkin man who was one of four arrested in a meth-lab bust in Nov. 2009, accepted a probation sentence Thursday.
Terry Loving, 24, accepted an eight-year probated sentence, and will pay an $800 fine. He also agreed to testify against his co-defendants in the case and to not have contact with them.
Loving, Lindsey Miller, 20, of Lufkin, James Cleveland, 46, of Lufkin and Koty Jones, 22, of Lufkin, were arrested in the bust in November, off of FM 2021.
Mike Russell, 33, who is the owner of the home, was detained but taken to a hospital for serious health problems. He died less than a month later, according to Sgt. Allen Hill.
