12/24/10          ASSAULT      1505 ELEANOR

Victim advised that her boyfriend twisted her wrist, beat her up and stole her cell phone.

12/24/10          BURGLARY  505 S JOHN REDDITT

Sometime between 7pm on 122310 and 1am on 122410 someone broke a window out of a 2009 Chevrolet four door and stole a purse.

Victim stated that she was slapped repeatedly and choked by her soon to be ex-husband.

 12/23/10         BURGLARY  505 JOHN REDDITT

A 2001 Toyota SUV was entered by breaking out the window and a purse was stolen.  Credit cards in the purse have reportedly been used at local businesses.

 12/23/10         CRIMINAL MISCHIEF        702 SOUTHWOOD

Victim advised that she and her ex boyfriend were arguing and he became angry and punched out the passenger side window and kicked the passenger door of her 2004 Toyota 4 door.

12/23/10          INTERFERRING W/DUTIE            105 MILES

Customer became angry and attempted to stop the manager from calling 911 from the manager's cell phone.  Suspect left the scene prior to officer's arrival.

12/23/10          THEFT/B       4600 S MEDFORD

The victim reported that her cell phone was missing.

 12/23/10         BURGLARY/VEHICLE       100 MOTT

A 2008 Honda Station wagon was entered and purse with contents stolen.

12/23/10          BURGLARY  907 S SECOND ST

Entry was made into residence, but nothing appeared to be missing.

12/23/10          SEX OFFENSES/OTHER   

Victim stated that she was sexually assaulted by a known suspect.  The incident appears to match a date rape scenario.  The case is under investigation.

The window of a 1998 Dodge pickup was broken out with a large rock.

12/23/10          ROBBERY/AGGRAVATED           1818 N TIMBERLAND

Victim witnessed a suspect exiting his best friend's truck with a cell phone.  The victim confronted the suspect.  The suspect pulled a gun and demanded the victim's wallet.  Another vehicle turned into the parking area causing the suspect to flee without the wallet.

12/23/10          BURGLARY/BUILDING     1004 S JOHN REDDITT

Front window of business was broken out causing the alarm to activate.  Cigarette, cigars and rolling papers were reported stolen.

12/23/10          BURGLARY/ATTEMPT     1902 S FIRST ST

Suspects attempted to break the glass out of the front door, causing the alarm to activate.

12/23/10          BURGLARY/HABITATION           2605 VALLEY

Entry was made into the residence.  A flat screen TV and a pair of Tennis shoes were reported stolen.
