LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - A Houston man has pleaded guilty to striking another man with a crowbar during a fight at a Hudson trailer park in October.

Joshua Rodney Jacks accepted a 10-year probation sentence for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

According to a previous report, Officer Wesley McNeely responded to a report at 10:15 p.m. Sunday of a stabbing at America's Mobile Home trailer park. Upon arrival, McNeeley said two men were suffering injuries: one, Jacks, with a cut in the arm and another with a head injury from a crowbar.

Casper said an investigation revealed Jacks suffered a cut from the other man trying to defend himself.
