ANGELINA COUNTY, TX (KTRE) - ANGELINA COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - A Lufkin man was arrested Tuesday night after his stepfather returned home to find several items missing from his home.
Zackary Lynn-Jones Kessler, 21, is charged with burglary of a habitation.
According to a report filed by Angelina County deputies, the man was on an out-of-town trip and had hired his stepson to watch his house. When he came home, he saw that guns, a chainsaw and electronic equipment were missing from the home. He called the sheriff's office and reported the theft and said he suspected his stepson had committed the crime.
Patrol deputies tracked down Kessler at his father-in-law's residence and found the stolen items and arrested Kessler, according to the report.
