NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) – Last week KTRE was invited to go undercover with Nacogdoches Police, on a city-wide sting to see which businesses would sell alcohol to a minor.

An undercover 16-year old working with officers, tried to buy beer from 20 Nacogdoches convenience stores.

Wednesday, some of those stores are learning the hard way that you have to be 21 to buy alcohol.

Here are the locations being cited for sale to a minor, as part of that sting:

-2904 South Street, Las Potosinas

-3505 South Street, Rick's Food Mart

-2500 Woden Road, Woden Kwik Stop

-2915 NW Stallings Drive, Cabo's

-1930 Douglass Road, Kim Food Mart

No arrests have been made. The store clerks cited have a court date set for January 25th at the county courthouse.
