When Melinda Coker lost two of her closest friends to cancer, she was determined to find out everything she could about preventing this dreaded disease. The result is her book "Diet And Cancer. Is There A Connection?"

Coker found through her research that 30 to 70 percent of cancers are tied to lifestyle, with smoking and fat diets the primary causes.

Coker found the book "the China Study" to be the most comprehensive material available. It recommended plant based or Vegan" diets, as does Coker in her book. She has added plant based menus to help make the transition from meat and dairy diets to plant based. "diet And Cancer. Is There A Connection"is available at www.amazon.com and www.barnesandnoble.com
