New makeup line for ages 8 - 12 years old

UNDATED (KTRE) – There's a new makeup line aimed at the tween market (ages 8-12).  It's called GeoGirl.  According to a recent article in Women's Wear Daily, the line will offer colorful cosmetics and "mother approved" makeup products. 

The formulas are designed for young skin and have natural ingredients like white willow bark to exfoliate, chamomile, lavender and calendula to calm and antioxidants.

Joel Carden, executive vice president of Pacific World, the brand's manufacturer, says the line is designed for young children who want to use 'real cosmetics, but with natural ingredients.'

The line is expected to debut next month.  It will be sold by WalMart and will also be available at geogirl.com.
