LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - A record number of women are seeking services at the Pregnancy Help Center in Lufkin.

And the organization needs your help to meet their increasing needs.

For nine years, the Baby Palooza drive has been held in January to celebrate Sanctity of Human Life Month.

From baby wipes to diapers and shampoo, the organization needs donations to help moms that choose life for their baby.

The supplies will go to the Pregnancy Help Center's store where expecting mothers can shop with vouchers they earn from attending parenting classes.

"We, in turn, support mothers who are trying real hard to do the best they can for their children," Help Center Director Paula Havard said. "This support will enable parents to be equipped to be encouraged to be the best that they can for their children."

They take donations all year, but Baby Palooza ends Feb. 13.

If you're interested in donating, there are 26 collection locations.
