(STORM TRACKER WEATHER CENTER) KTRE: For the second consecutive week, another Arctic cold front will blow through East Texas, bringing with it another cold blast of air.
The cold front will move through on Wednesday morning, which means our temperatures will be falling throughout the day, instead of rising.
As the cold air settles in, look for a couple more hard freezes to take shape across the PIney Woods as we head towards the latter half of the week.
The front will be accompanied by a cold rain, possible mixing with a few sleet pellets late in the day.
At this point, we are not expecting any snow or ice accumulations across Deep East Texas. The snow will be confined to areas along Interstate 20 and off to the north, towards the Arklatex.
To find out where the snow will be falling and how much areas across North and Northeast Texas can expect, get the answers in Chief Meteorologist Brad Hlozek's Weather Blog.
