ANGELINA COUNTY, TX (KTRE) – Authorities are ruling a mobile home fire that took the life of an Angelina County man undetermined at this point in the investigation.

The state fire marshal's office concludes too much of the home was destroyed in the fire to find a cause.

Philip Michael Cook, 67, was pronounced dead at the home located near Twin Oaks Road back in January.

Volunteer firefighters from Moffett, Rivercrest, and Fuller Springs worked to put out the blaze.

No foul play was suspected from the beginning.
