Panini's Cafe Overnight Brunch Casserole

Ingredients:
6 to 8 slices Sourdough, French or other hardy bread
5-Beaten Eggs
2 Cups-Half & Half
1 1/2 Cups- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 Tsp.-Salt
1 Tsp-Dry Mustard (Or mustard flour)
1 Lb.-Sausage, Ham or Bacon cooked and crumbled
1/2 Cup-Chopped Vegetables
1 Tbs.-Butter

Method:
1.Cut bread into 3/4 inch cube and place in a buttered 9x13 baking pan.
2. Add crumbled meat and chopped vegetables, and top with cheese.
3.Whip half & half with eggs, salt and dry mustard or mustard flour.
4.Pour cover bread mixture covering thoroughly.
5. Cover baking pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
6.Bake next morning at 350 degrees or for 30 to 45 minutes, or until eggs are set and browned on top.
