WELLS, TX (KTRE) - By Holley Nees - email
WELLS, Texas (KTRE) – A fire investigator has ruled the house fire off East Odom Street in Wells as arson.
It was the third building fire in the same neighborhood in about two weeks.
It all started with a barn burning behind a man's house right off U.S. 69.
Then a storage building on the lot next to his caught fire and was ruled arson.
Now, the third structure to burn has been ruled arson and neighbors are seriously concerned.
Inv. Jack White says he's sent his ruling to the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office and they're searching for the culprits.
Det. Michael Goff said he has determined a person of interest in the case, but has not made an arrest.
