NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office is investigating an allegation a man has made against his wife that she wants him dead.
Sheriff Thomas Kerss said the man told deputies that he learned his wife was trying to hire someone to have him murdered.
"We're not at the point where we can say if it's true or not, or if an arrest will be made in the case," Kerss said.
Kerss said his office will be looking more heavily into the case today.
