3/5/2011 Lufkin Police Report

Criminal Trespass  701 Grove—A man who appeared to be intoxicated came to the victim's door wanting to come in.  Suspect had been warned of criminal trespassing by Lufkin Police Officer in the past.  Suspect was gone on officers arrival.  Charges to be filed.

Debit card abuse 412 N Timberland---Victim lost her ATM card and someone made an unauthorized withdrawal from her account at an ATM machine on North Timberland.

Theft 100 Blk Norris---Someone stole the victim's four month old pit bull dog puppy from a fenced yard during the day.  Two unknown men were seen in the area at the time.

Assault 1000 Blk Idylwood---Victim reported that her boyfriend and his daughter assaulted her by pushing her.  She suffered no visible injuries.

Criminal mischief 400 Blk Jones---Someone intentionally damaged victim's mailbox.
