LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - An Angelina County grand jury has chosen not to charge a couple who left a baby in a car at the Lufkin Walmart in September.
The grand jury issued the "no-bill" on Thursday.
According to a previous report, the baby's grandfather, Lonny Ray Riley, 40, and his girlfriend, Pamela Ortega, 30, both of Groveton, who were babysitting the baby, left her in the car.
The baby was treated at a Lufkin hospital and released the same day.
