3/10/11 Lufkin Police reports

LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

ASSAULT                              1110 S TIMBERLAND     

Complainant reported that he was assaulted by a known suspect during an argument Wednesday night.  The complainant said the man hit him in the face numerous times and kicked him in the ribs.  The complainant had visible bruising and was treated and released at a local hospital.

FORGERY/COUNTERFEITI   1901 W FRANK          

Complainant reported that someone used her debit card without permission and made two unauthorized purchases.  She named a suspect who may have had access to her card.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF           4600 S MEDFORD DR     

Complainant reported that her car was "keyed" while parked at the mall Wednesday.  An unknown suspect scratched profanities into the paint of the complainant's car.

THEFT/B                              3061 JOHN REDDITT DR 

Complainant reported that she accidentally left her wallet at the counter of K Mart Wednesday.  Security video showed a woman taking the wallet and leaving the store with it.

ASSAULT                              1901 W FRANK        

Complainant reported that she was struck in the face by a known suspect Wednesday.  The complainant stated the two have a history of conflict.

ASSAULT                              1911 FIRST           

Complainant reported that she was assaulted by her ex-husband at a nightclub Tuesday night.  The complainant said he tried to kiss her, grabbed her by the wrist, causing a bruise and hit her in the back with his fist.

FRAUD                                 204 KERR  

Complainant reported that she received notice from the IRS of back taxes owed.  She learned that someone has been using her social security number to work at an unknown location.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF           717 N CHESTNUT ST   

Complainant reported that someone "keyed: her vehicle while she was at a friend's home Tuesday night.  Profanities were scratched into the paint of her car with a sharp object.
