3/12/11 Lufkin Police Reports

Criminal mischief, 3200 block of Edwards:  Man reported that after hearing a loud noise outside his home, he went outside to find a vehicle speeding away, and the driver's side tail light on his vehicle cracked and a dent on the rear door.

Burglary, 2100 block of N. Medford Dr.:  Mobile home salesman reported that he had found a TV and DVD player missing from one of the mobile homes on the lot.

Assault/sexual/rape, 100 block of Champions:  Woman reported that she was sexually assaulted in an apartment complex laundry room by an unknown man.

Forgery/counterfeit, 200 block of S. First St.:  Woman advised that her ex-boyfriend took one of her checks from her checkbook without permission, then forged her name and passed the check at an out of town bank.

Burglary/building, 1900 block of Raguet:  Owner reported that he found the front door to his repair shop forced open and computer equipment and tools stolen.
