LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - An Angelina County grand jury has issued a no-bill in the case of a Lufkin woman who was accused of striking her child.
Andrette Lachelle Session, 28, was charged with injury to a child.
Court records showed the grand jury chose not to indict Session in its March session.
Session was arrested in October after Lufkin Police charged her with the crime. According to an arrest affidavit, Session admitted to police she struck her son because she was mad at him for getting in trouble at school.
Session declined to comment until she spoke to her attorney.
