ANGELINA COUNTY, Texas (KTRE) - In the latest chapter in the feud of two brothers, one was arrested Wednesday for ramming his truck into his sibling's wrecker, according to the Angelina County Sheriff's Office.

Billy Ray Ebarb, 55, is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

According to an arrest warrant affidavit, a deputy responded to a call in reference to a disturbance in the 5200 block of U.S. 59 North. When the deputy arrived, he learned Ebarb used a 1982 Ford one-ton flat-bed truck to ram a 1990 Chevy rollback wrecker, causing damage to the vehicle and injuries to his brother, according to the affidavit.

While the deputy was speaking to witnesses, Ebarb walked up to the deputy and told him he was the driver of the Ford truck.

Inv. Seth Stover said the dispute was over a camper trailer.

"Someone had left a camper trailer there and both of them thought they had a right to it," Stover said. "His brother parked the wrecker in the way and he just tried to ram it out of the way."

Stover said law enforcement officers stay busy with the Ebarb brothers.

"He and his brother have been fighting for 30 years," Stover said. "They don't talk to each other. They just act irrational."
