LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - LUFKIN, Texas (KTRE) - Lufkin Police arrested a woman at her residence Thursday morning following an investigation into her allegedly selling drugs.

Vlenice Van Arline, 46, of Lufkin, is charged with delivery of a controlled substance.

Lt. David Young said police executed a search warrant at her home around 6:30 a.m. and found crack cocaine and marijuana. He said the warrant came as part of an ongoing investigation into her drug deals.

Police arrested Arline in January following a traffic stop. According to a previous report, narcotics investigators saw Arline driving on Keltys Drive, near the Abney Avenue intersection and knew her to be without a valid license. Patrol officers were called to the scene and stopped her.

Officers smelled burning marijuana and arrested her, according to the report. During the arrest, Arline admitted to having crack cocaine in her bra, the report stated. A female officer was called to the scene to remove it.
