Burglary of motor vehicle, 1400 block of A Street: ON 3-29-11, An officer responded to a BMV complaint. The complainant stated that during the night an unknown actor removed her purse from the open trunk of her vehicle. The purse contained several items of identification. Complainant wishes to file a report.

Burglary of motor vehicle, 2900 block of Chimney Rock Lane: On 3-29-11, an officer responded to a BMV complaint at a local apartment complex. The complainant stated that an unknown actor entered her locked vehicle during the night and removed several items of value. The complainant wishes to file a report.

Criminal mischief, 600 block of SE Stallings Drive: Complainant advised that an unknown subject busted a window out on a portable building that is used as an office.

Found property, 100 block of Old Line Drive: On 032911 the complainant stated that he had found multiple video game security cases from an unknown retailer busted open in an apartment complex laundromat on two occasions over the previous four days.

Assault, 1000 block of Shawnee Street: Verbal altercation between live-in bf/gf became physical with bf striking gf in the face with a closed fist causing visible injuries.

Credit card abuse, 1600 block of Redbud Street: Unk suspect used complainant's debit card info to make purchases on line.

Runaway juvenile, 1200 Cross Street: On 032911 the complainant stated that her 13 yoa bf granddaughter, in which she is the guardian, skipped school and upon being confronted about the issue, she ran away from home.

Controlled substance, 2900 block of N. University Drive: On 032911 officer contacted a known bm for a traffic violation. Officer detected the plain smell odor of marijuana. a probable cause search of the vehicle interior revealed a clear plastic bag containing a usable amount of marijuana. The subject was arrested for pom and released to the nlec for detention.

Theft, 1200 block of N. Mound Street: The complainant advised she left her prescription pill bottle unattended while she left the hospital room. When she returned, numerous prescription pills were missing from her prescription pill bottle.

Burglary of a habitation, 3600 block of Jefferson Street: Known subject to complainant unlawfully entered into complainant's residence and took property without consent.
