Two arrests were made recently by Trinity County Pct 1 Constables for theft and burglary. Janey Marie Stone and Seth Andrew Tyler were arrested at their home in White Rock Estates one evening last week after an investigation and property recovery.

Constable Woody Wallace, along with Deputy Constables Mark Cole, W.R. (Ricky) Hope and Rusty Barrett made the arrests, which led to another brief investigation by Barrett. Stone was arrested again, two days later by Cole and Hope, after her confession of the ABC Café burglary on FM 356 on March 28th. An arrest warrant had been issued by Judge Randy Barrett following the confession.

The charges against both suspects have been referred by the Constable's Office to the County Attorney for prosecution.
