
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz Mahi Mahi filets
Pineapple Sake Teriyaki Marinade (From Sweet Gourmet)
Pineapple slices
Two hours before cook time submerge you fish in the marinade. the over medium heat sear your marinated fish filets with a little olive oil about 4 minutes on each side, depending on thickness. At the same time sear your pineapple slices with a little olive oil over medium heat. Plate your fish and top with a pineapple slice. How easy was that?
