LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - The U.S. Marshal's Office has arrested a Lufkin man accused of sexually assaulting a woman earlier this month.
According to police spokesman Det. J.B. Smith, police notified Antonio Oshea Brumley, 21, of the outstanding warrants for his arrest and gave him ample opportunity to turn himself in. He is accused of burglarizing a Lufkin residence and sexually assaulting the 59-year-old female resident. Warrants for aggravated robbery and aggravated sexual assault were issued on April 26.
Smith said the U.S. Marshal's Office arrested Brumley in Palestine at 5:20 p.m. Friday. Details concerning the arrest were not immediately available.
