Grant's Pan Fried Chicken with Mustard Sauce:
Chicken breast (split in half)
All Purpose Flour
Tricky Dix Seasoning (from Sweet Gourmet)
Olive Oil
Butter
Ketchup
Stoneground Mustard (From Sweet Gourmet) (You may substitute Dijon Mustard)
Mayonnaise
Hot Sauce
Garlic Salt
Take 2 cups of flour and mix with 1 cup of Trick Dix Seasoning. Take your thin chicken breast and lightly bread each side. Place in a large skillet with about 2 cups of olive oil and a half stick of butter. Fry about 6 minutes on each side. Once done, place on a plate with a paper towel to drain the excess oil. While chicken is cooking mix up your mustard sauce. Take 1 cup of Mayonnaise, ½ cup of Stoneground mustard, and 1 cup of ketchup along with 1 tablespoon of hot sauce. Mix until smooth.
Place chicken on a plate and drizzle the mustard sauce across the top and enjoy!
