TYLER, TX (KLTV) - Six of the seven co-defendants in the infamous Mineola sex ring case entered guilty pleas in Judge Jack Skeen's courtroom Thursday morning.

The defendants pleaded guilty to a 3rd degree felony of injury to a child.

As part of the plea deal their sentences are equal to the time they have already served, which means they will be released shortly. All six have waived their right to a trial and to appeal.

Dennis Pittman was the only defendant not in court today. He was convicted, last year, but his case remains on appeal.

District Attorney, Matt Bingham outlined his intent to enter into plea agreements on all defendants, including allowing them credit for time served.

The defendants present today are: Rebecca Pittman, Shauntel Mayo Bradford, Jamie Pittman, Sheila Sones, Jimmy Sones and Patrick Kelly. Dennis Pittman was the only co-defendant not in court.

He was convicted, last year, but his case remains on appeal.

Rebecca Pittman pleaded guilty to injury to a child. She will get credit for three years and seven days she has already served. She will have to pay no restitution and one of her pending cases will be dismissed.

Jimmy Sones pleaded guilty to injury to a child. He will get credit for the three years, 10 months and 10 days he has already served. Two other pending cases will be dismissed.

Shauntel Mayo pleaded guilty to injury to a child. She will get credit for the three years, 10 months and 12 days she has served, will pay no restitution and get dismissal of her four other pending cases.

Patrick "Booger Rd" Kelly has pleaded guilty to injury to a child. He will get credit for three years, 10 months and three years he has already served and dismissal of three other pending cases.
