LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) - Editor's note: A previous version of this story incorrectly reported that the offense occurred at a department store in Lufkin Mall. A corrected version of the story is below.

Lufkin Police have arrested an Old Navy store employee accused of taking pictures of a woman in a dressing room.

Blake Edward Kemp, 19, of Lufkin, is charged with improper photography.

According to LPD's Corporal Trent Sobolewski, a female was trying on clothes in the department store's dressing room.  She reported seeing a hand with a camera come under the door to take a picture of her. The adult victim called her mother, who reported it to the store's management.

Lufkin Police spokesman J.B. Smith said Old Navy management conducted a quick investigation and identified Kemp as the suspect. Management called police to the scene at 3:30 p.m.

According to the report, Kemp admitted he took the photo, but immediately felt remorseful and deleted it.

Officers found enough probable cause to arrest Kemp on the scene, Smith said.
