CROCKETT, TX (KTRE) - A Houston County Grand Jury has returned a list of indictments, including one for murder.

"I know I've got to forgive him in order to make it to heaven, but I think he deserves what's going to happen to him," said Adrain Burton, still dressed in blood soaked clothes from holding his dying cousin in his arms, during an interview with KTRE earlier this year.

Burton was talking about the murder of 28 year old Aundra Hamilton, or Dre, as his family and friends called him.

Hamilton was shot to death, allegedly by Tony O'Neal Robinson, 43, after an argument.  Police said Robinson knocked at Hamilton's door, they argued, ending with Robinson pulling a gun on Hamilton.

Burton said he was with his cousin when they knocked on the door to ask Robinson a question.

On Tuesday, Robinson was indicted for murder.

Some neighbors said Hamilton and Robinson had been drinking earlier on that fateful day, February 15, 2011.  The shooting occurred on Alex McMearn Street in Crockett.  Robinson was arrested.  His bond was set at $100,000.

No trial date has been set.

Other indictments returned on Tuesday:  Jason Frizzell, 28, of Crockett for Unlawful Possession of Firearm by Felon; Aaron Gordon Johnson, 30, of Palestine for Possession of Controlled Substance; Lisa Marie McCorcle, 21, of Crockett for Burglary of Habitation; Jeanette Renee Milton, 26, of Palestine for Possession of a Controlled Substance; Shelly Don Villanueva, 49, of Grapeland for Forgery; Leonard D. Wiley Jr., 23, of Crockett for Burglary of Habitation.
