SAN AUGUSTINE COUNTY, TX (KTRE) -

A San Augustine County man was arrested on Friday on an accusation that he sold cocaine to an undercover informant.

According to San Augustine Chief Deputy Gary Cunningham,  Courtney Garrett, 26, was arrested at his mother's residence on County Road 120 East.

According to Cunningham, Garrett was caught selling crack cocaine and what deputies suspect to be powder cocaine to a confidential informant with the sheriff's office. Cunningham said a field test has not yet confirmed that suspicion.

Garrett is charged delivery of a controlled substance. He was also arrested on two warrants for motion to revoke probation, according to the report.
