One of this week's Manhunt fugitives in on the run after an attempted sexual assault conviction.

Arturo Sandoval, 48, has many tattoos including a dragon on the left arm, a peacock on the right forearm and the Virgin Mary on his stomach.

Sandoval weighs 160 pounds, is 5 feet 8 inches tall, has brown eyes and a shaved head.
