Here are the pairings for the 2011 UIL state softball tournament being held Thursday through Saturday at Texas' McCombs Field in Austin:

      CLASS 5A SEMIFINALS

      Plano (39-4) vs. Northside O'Connor (33-4), 5 p.m. Friday

      The Woodlands (42-1) vs. Pearland (35-13), 8 p.m. Friday

      CLASS 4A SEMIFINALS

      Dripping Springs (32-2) vs. Santa Fe (35-6), 11:30 a.m. Friday

      Hewitt Midway (37-4) vs. Forney (36-7), 2 p.m. Friday

      CLASS 3A SEMIFINALS

      Sweeny (25-6) vs. West (31-8), 7:30 p.m. Thursday

      Celina (34-6-3) vs. Huntington (31-8), 8:30 a.m. Friday

      CLASS 2A SEMIFINALS

      Danbury (37-3) vs. Callisburg (28-6-1), 2 p.m. Thursday

      Wall (32-6-1) vs. Nacogdoches Central Heights (24-16), 4:30 p.m.
