MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) - Kawhi Leonard scored 29 points, and the San Antonio Spurs advanced to the Western Conference semifinals by beating the Memphis Grizzlies 103-96 last night to take the series 4-2. The Spurs now have beaten Memphis four of the five playoff series between these teams, and this was San Antonio's second straight win over the Grizzlies in the first round.

CLEVELAND (AP) - Francisco Lindor hit a long two-run homer in the seventh inning to lift the Cleveland Indians over the Houston Astros 4-3 last night. Lindor's 456-foot homer off Chris Devenski landed in the visitors bullpen about 50 feet beyond the center field wall.

HOUSTON (AP) - The Houston Texans addressed their need at quarterback by trading with Cleveland to select Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson with the 12th overall pick in the NFL draft last night. The Texans traded away the 25th overall pick in this year's draft as well as their first-round selection next season to nab Watson.

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario (AP) - Bruno Coboclo led Raptors 905 to the NBA Development League title Thursday night, scoring 31 points and adding 11 rebounds in a 122-96 victory over the Rio Grande Valley Vipers. Raptors 905 won the best-of-three series 2-1, taking the last two at home after dropping the opener at Rio Grande.
