NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - A Nacogdoches County grand jury has indicted a Nacogdoches man on a charge that he had sex with two teenagers at the same time, before assaulting the younger one later that day, one week after he was arrested on the charge.
Robert Leonard Wilhite, 20, of Nacogdoches is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit, Wilhite picked up a 13-year-old girl and a 16-year-old on April 29 and took them to his Nacogdoches County house, where the three had sexual intercourse.
According to the 13-year-old, Wilhite wanted to have sex with her again, but she said she did not want to. She said Wilhite then forced her to have sex with him.
The girl reported the incident to her mother, who reported it to the sheriff's office.
Wilhite was arrested last Friday.

Two of the men then pulled out shotguns and took all of the hats, according to the report. All three ran away and the victim chased him in his car.
