LUFKIN, TX (KTRE) -

An Angelina County grand jury has indicted a Lufkin man accused of breaking into a woman's home and raping her.

Antonio Brumley, 21, is charged with aggravated sexual assault and aggravated robbery.

According to a previous report, Lufkin Police say Brumley broke into a 59-year-old woman's home and raped her.

Police obtained a warrant for his arrest on April 26 and gave him ample opportunity to turn himself in, according to police. Officers with the U.S. Marshal's Office arrested him in Palestine.

The grand jury also issued an indictment for James Edwin Durham, 38, of Lufkin. According to a previous report, the Angelina County Sheriff's Office accused Durham of burning his mother's house down on FM 1475, while he was cooking meth. Deputies arrested him in November for the crime.

In addition to the arson charge, Durham is also charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver, a January 6 offense.
