DIBOLL, TX (KTRE) - The list has been narrowed to three now that Neilson Gibson has turned himself into authorities on an outstanding drug warrant.

Gibson is charged with Delivery of a Controlled Substance in a Drug Free Zone relating to a 2010 Diboll Police Department sting.  Sixteen suspects on 30 drug related warrants were caught up in the undercover operation.  Police began arresting the suspects last week.

The roundup began last Wednesday and will continue until all 16 suspects are caught.

These arrests are part of a sting operation conducted by Diboll PD using informants to buy drugs from suspected dealers.  Many of those drug buys were made in or near a school zone, daycare, or park, which enhances the charge.

Diboll does not have a dedicated narcotics unit and must include drug investigations within their normal course of business.
