The following employees of the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office recently received recognitions by the East Texas Peace Officers' Association. 

Sgt. Roy Mobley was the recipient of the ETPOA Leadership Award.  Deputy/Jailer Charley Weaver was the recipient of the East Texas Award, an award given to recognize the valuable contributions to law enforcement and the dedication to serving the citizens of East Texas and the East Texas Peace Officers' Association.

Long time dispatcher Brenda Shull was recognized as the Outstanding Telecommunications Officer of the Year.   

In addition, Nacogdoches County Jailer Jonathan Randolph was awarded a scholarship to attend the Angelina College Police Academy and Chief Deputy Doug Richardson was installed as the incoming President of the Association.

We are proud of our employees and the outstanding contributions they make to our citizens and our communities each day and we are pleased that they have received these honors and recognitions.  They exemplify the outstanding service and dedication put forth by our team of law enforcement professionals.
