NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) -

A neighbor called Nacogdoches police after a man and a women couldn't stop fighting, even after a warning the day before, according to the report.

Anthony Bourbon, 45 of Nacogdoches, and Dianna Jacks, 44 of Nacogdoches, were allegedly having a physical altercation on Friday, but it was broken up.

On Saturday, the two had been reunited at their home on Caston St. in Nacogdoches. According to the report, a neighbor had to call the police again because they were once again fighting.

This time, police arrested them for Assault by Threat/Contact.
