NACOGDOCHES, TX (KTRE) - The Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office arrested a married couple early Friday, both of whom are accused of dealing meth out of their Nacogdoches home.
Glenda Delane Hanna, 48, and Marc Alan Hanna, 54, are each charged with a first-degree felony of delivery of a controlled substance.
Sheriff Thomas Kerss said the charge is a felony one because they were dealing in proximity of two different schools and because deputies uncovered 60 grams of meth.
Deputies raided the home in the 1000 block of Cottonwood Street at 2:30 a.m.
Kerss said his office has been investigating drug activity at the home for several months. He said they received a great deal of cooperation from Nacogdoches Police in the investigation.
